Buyers walking past on their way to work, tenants scouting the street, and the whole neighbourhood driving past daily see that hoarding long before the building itself exists to speak for its own quality, which makes the fence around the site one of the longest-running pieces of marketing a project will ever have, whether anyone treats it that way or not. A blank site is a missed opportunity for the whole length of the build; a well-dressed one keeps selling the project every day the fence stays up. We print hoarding wraps and panels on correx or ACM board, project identification boards listing the builder and the trades involved, and printed mesh banners specifically for temporary fencing. Mesh is the right call on open or exposed sites: the perforated print lets wind pass straight through the fence instead of loading the whole run up like a sail, which is precisely where a solid printed panel on the same fencing would fail in the first strong blow. Panels and banners are designed to the actual site plan so graphics line up cleanly across fence bays and hoarding sections, rather than each panel looking like it was ordered separately and hung wherever there happened to be a gap. Renders, floor plans, stage numbers and contact details are laid out as one coherent scheme rather than a stack of unrelated printed pages competing for attention on the same fence line.

A site changes as the job progresses, and the signage should change with it - a sold-out banner once stages of a development are taken up, an updated trades board as new subcontractors come onto the job, a fresh render as the building nears completion and the marketing message shifts from concept to almost finished. We work to the builder's programme so replacement panels arrive at the right stage of the build rather than sitting on a fixed calendar unrelated to what is actually happening on site, and can turn around an urgent addition - a new trade board, a safety notice, an updated contact number - without holding up the rest of the job or waiting on a convenient batch of other changes.
