Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated on the quote. Prices may need to be revised after that period, or if the scope of work changes.

Work proceeds once you accept a quote. Acceptance of a quote — in writing, by email, or by instructing us to proceed — constitutes agreement to these terms.

Artwork must be approved by you before fabrication begins. You are responsible for checking approved proofs — including spelling, layout, colours, dimensions, and contact details. Once a proof is approved, we manufacture to that proof, and any changes after approval may incur additional cost.

Where installation is included, you must provide safe and reasonable access to the site at the agreed time. This includes any access equipment, permissions, or site inductions the location requires. Delays or return visits caused by lack of access may incur additional charges.

Payment terms are as stated on your invoice or quote. Goods remain the property of SignPro Wangaratta until paid for in full.

We stand behind our work. Our signage is fabricated and installed to a professional standard, and we will make good any defect in our workmanship notified to us within a reasonable period. This guarantee is in addition to any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any defect in goods or services we supply is limited to the re-supply, repair, or replacement of the signage concerned (or payment of the cost of doing so). Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
