WHAT COUNTS AS A MAJOR PROJECT
WHOLE-BUILDING PACKAGES
A single tenancy might need a fascia sign. A whole building or a full retail fitout needs the fascia sign plus entry signage, wayfinding, illuminated elements and window graphics, all specified to work together. We scope the whole package as one job, so materials, colours and mounting details match across every element instead of being pieced together from separate orders.
MULTI-SITE AND FRANCHISE ROLLOUTS
Opening or rebranding more than one location at once means keeping signage identical across sites while each one runs to its own building, its own council and its own opening date. We build a single spec for the brand, then stage fabrication and installation site by site so every location opens looking the same, on its own timeline.
FULL FLEET PROGRAMS
Wrapping or signwriting a fleet is a scheduling job as much as a signage job - vehicles need to keep working while the fleet gets branded. We plan an installation roster that takes vehicles out of service in small batches, so the whole fleet ends up matching without the business losing its trucks all at once.
NEW-BUILD AND FITOUT PACKAGES
Signage for a new build gets measured and designed before the building is finished, working off architectural or fitout plans rather than an existing wall. We coordinate directly with your builder or project manager so signage installation lands at the right point in the build program, not as an afterthought once trades have already left site.
COUNCIL AND COMMUNITY PROJECTS
Wayfinding for a park, signage for a community facility or a council-run project usually comes with its own specification, approval process and public accountability. We work from the brief or tender documents supplied, price against that specification, and keep a clear paper trail of drawings and proofs the way a council project needs.

Send us whatever you have: architectural drawings, a written brief, photos of the site or building, even a rough sketch of what you are after. The more detail up front, the more accurate the first proposal, but an early conversation with incomplete information is a perfectly good place to start.
SITE MEASURE AND SURVEY
Jarrod visits the site to measure existing structures, check access for installation, note power supply for any illuminated elements and confirm anything the drawings do not show. For multi-site jobs, each location gets its own measure so nothing is assumed to be identical between sites.
ITEMISED PROPOSAL AND DESIGN PROOFS
You receive one proposal covering the whole project, itemised by element so you can see exactly what each part costs, alongside design proofs for every sign. Nothing is fabricated until you have approved both the pricing and the artwork.
STAGED FABRICATION AND PRINT
Larger projects are broken into fabrication stages that match your budget, your builder's program or your site rollout schedule, rather than everything being built and delivered in one go. We confirm the stage order with you before work starts.
STAGED INSTALLATION AND HANDOVER
Installation is booked around trading hours, building access or a builder's handover date, staged the same way fabrication was. Each stage is checked off and signed off with you before we move to the next, so you always know exactly what has been completed.
